Our rescue centre services the whole of Dumfries and Galloway but, when space permits, we take in dogs from pounds in England and from Northern Ireland to save them from destruction.
Before adopting one of our rescue dogs you must complete a simple form that tells us something about you and your circumstances so that we can find you the perfect canine companion.
Auction of collectors' item 2011 World Wildlife Fund limited edition 50p coin
We want to find you a dog that suits you and your circumstances.
Please fill in this questionnaire as fully as you can and add any more relevant information at the end.
Make a SAD dog happy! We have a number of special dogs who require our ongoing support, and we need your help to care for them.
From as little as £1.00 a week you could help these dogs and have friends for life.
Tibby was rehomed in 2014, she has been very busy with her new life. She has just written to us to tell us how she is getting on.
Using (but not abusing) a crate can be a useful and kind way of guiding your dog to more appropriate behaviour.
You can help support the work of Dumfries & Galloway Canine Rescue Centre in lots of ways; become a registered member of the organisation, volunteer your help at fundraising events, become a foster carer, you can volunteer at one of our shops or at the kennels themselves and you can, of course, donate online.
