This is the lovely Bell; she can be timid to begin with but loves a cuddle once she gets to know you. Bell is strong on the lead and doesn’t have any recall. She can be nervous of new dogs but we have been told she lived with two other dogs in her previous home and was great with them, she is also happy to share her space here at the kennels with her mum (Cleo) who she came into the centre with. Having had no experience living with children we are looking for a home without them, her previous owner told us she was easily wound up by children living nearby. We have also been told Bell would tend to cry when left alone but was much happier in the company of another dog. She is partly housetrained but will have the odd accident. Bell can be timid when meeting new people and has a fear of the hoover. She travels well in the car and copes well at the vets. Bell is a jumper and has been known to leap almost as high as the previous owners 6-foot fence.
Bell came into the centre with her mum Cleo, after an incident with a cat which unfortunately didn’t survive. She is the more timid of the two.
This lovely girl is looking for a home where she could get lots of love and attention to help build her confidence. Due to the incident with the cat we are looking for a home without cats or young children. Her previous owners felt she would do better in a home with another dog for company. She will need an owner who can dedicate time to training and socialising.
