Our lovely Lottie is looking for someone to help her learn the world is not as scary as she thinks!
History
Lottie came into the centre with her sister Lola due to a change in their owners circumstances.
Re-homing Criteria
Lottie is a special little lady who before coming to us lead a very sheltered life. Lottie was born and bred in a very rural location, rarely leaving where she lived. Due to this she can become quite stressed in new situations and shows this by barking. Understandably, she is finding life here at the centre overwhelming, so we have been spending extra time with her and her sister to help them learn that the world is not as scary as they think! Lottie will need an experienced, patient, home who understands the workings of a collie brain. A home with someone around most of the time, who can take the time to bring this girl out of her shell. A fully secure garden is a must, with fencing of at least 6ft so Lottie can be safe and secure in the garden. Lottie would benefit from living with a calm well established dog in the household who she could learn from. We would be looking for a rural location as she would not cope well with a busy town lifestyle with lots of comings and goings.
Please keep in mind that you will need to come and visit Lottie multiple times for her to get know you before she will be rehomed.
