Lovely Lurcher desperate for love!
Poor William has been at the centre for some time now and sadly has struggled to find a home of his own. We have gotten to know William well during his stay with us, and we discovered that he can be a loving, affectionate boy. William knows several basic commands and has excellent recall. He does, however, get over excited when meeting new dogs, but with careful introductions to the right dogs he has enjoyed walks with canine companions.
History
Wiiliam was an unclaimed stray. He was rehomed for a few weeks but was sadly returned to us.
Re-homing Criteria
William is looking for a quiet home with a patient owner that can slowly build up trust with him. He is a dog that likes space so we would be looking for a home with an enclosed garden with fencing of at least 5ft. We feel William would prefer to be an only pet in the household and due to his exuberant nature any children would need to be well into their teenage years. William is spotlessly clean in his kennel and enjoys a big comfy bed. He is a clever dog, and loves to learn new things. This is made much easier as he is very food orientated. He loves nothing more than a good gallop around the paddock chasing a ball. With time and patience, we believe that William would make an excellent canine companion!
