WALK / RUN / SWIM / RIDE / CYCLE / ROW / SKI....!!
- Complete your 12K (7.5miles) between 1st December & 31st December 2020
- Celebration medals will be sent out in January 2021
- You can split your activity into easier chunks. 12K is 7.5 miles (that's only 1 mile a day for a week, plus a wee bit !!)

- or by sending your name and address with a note saying £12K Challenge and a cheque for £6.00 to DGCRC, Dovecotewells, by Glencaple, Dumfries, DG1 4RH (Please make cheques payable to Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue)
