Caroline is a retired nurse with 30+ years experience working in the NHS and independent sector, including a charity for young adults with physical and learning disabilities. Working at a senior level for many years she developed a broad range of managerial and business development skills.
Having moved from Gloucestershire to Ecclefechan with her husband in 2018, Caroline started volunteering at the Annan shop in 2019, and took up the shop manager post in July 2020. Caroline is passionate about animal welfare and an absolute lover of dogs of all shapes and sizes, and is the proud owner of a 5yr old rescue Border Collie called Bud, the apple of her eye!
