Roxy is a lovely old girl who we were lucky enough to re-home on our supported adoption scheme. She does have a few health issues such as chronic kidney disease and anaemia but still enjoys plenty of attention and playing with her ball. She was fostered by one of our board members whilst waiting for her happy ending but then she was offered a Happy Ever After place to live with someone to call her own.
Looks can be deceiving, as can actions, and Roxy looks like a mad young spaniel who never sits still. However, because of her anaemia she does tire very quickly and the vet has advised only limited exercise and short walks, Roxy is a complete ball obsessive but can only be allowed to have it on her short walks.
Roxy's original owner had to part with her due to their own ill-health.
Please help us to help a dog in need - we now have special dogs in permanent foster care who require our ongoing support and we need your help to care for them.
