Once again, Annikki Lindsay is very kindly allowing her delightful and most interesting gardens to be opened to raise funds for Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue Centre. These extensive gardens overlooking Loch Kendoon are home to a huge variety of plants but visitors can also take the opportunity to simply enjoy a leisurely stroll both in the gardens and the accessible adjoining farmland in order to appreciate the ever changing views.
This 2.5 acre garden is an absolute haven for wildlife and it is possible to spot Red Kites, Peregrine Falcons and Tree Sparrows. Additionally, children can enjoy meeting Rocky the "Resident Kendoon Monster"
There will also be high quality patchwork items on display and for sale for the benefit of the dogs. Visitors can also enjoy delicious home made teas and a number of plants, some of which you won't find elsewhere, will be available at reasonable prices.
Well behaved dogs on a leash are also most welcome.
Don't miss the opportunity to have a lovely afternoon out amid some of the Region's best scenery.
