Friendly Giant!
History
Cooper is in for rehoming because his owner sadly passed away.
Re-homing Criteria
Poor Cooper has been extremely unwell during his stay with us. However, after several medical investigations and medication, he is finally on the mend and starting to gain weight. Cooper is a big, boisterous boy who loves everyone he meets! He has mixed well with the dogs here at the centre so may be able to live with another dog going forward. Cooper pulls very strongly on the lead so any potential adopter must be physically fit to handle him. He can be noisy when left to his own devices so he can’t be left for long periods of time on his own. Cooper is lovely but lacks manners so we would only consider a home with older children (12 years plus). Some experience owning Hungarian Vizslas would be beneficial.
**Cooper has ongoing medication and dietary needs the costs of which should be considered by anyone wishing to apply to adopt him. We will also be looking for homes local to Dumfries so we can utilise our own vets for any possible treatment**
