Merlin is a big lad who does not realise his size ! Such a friendly boy who just wants to please everyone. He came into the centre with 2 other dogs. He keeps his kennel clean and is an absolute star .
History
Merlin came into us with 2 other dogs due to his previous owners change of circumstances.
Re-homing Criteria
Merlin is a big friendly goofball, who still believes he can fit on your lap , he is the biggest gentlest giant and just wants to be around you and soak up as much love as possible , the staff all adore this boy! Merlin could live with an already established female dog with careful introductions at the centre. We do not know his history with cats. Although he has not lived with children he has been around younger children, so we would rehome to dog savvy kids of 12years+, mainly due to his size. A fully secure garden, somewhere he can run about and play, with a fence of at least 6ft + is also a must. Merlin loves to be out and about on his walks so would benefit from an active family. Merlin is the perfect companion for someone who does not mind the doggy drool that comes with him ! Please consider that Merlin is a big lad and is going to cost a lot to feed, please take this into consideration before you apply.
